Neoveda Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 7+ years of Banking/Financial Services domain experience to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams.

The position is a contractual role based in Chennai/Coimbatore with 5 days from office. You will lead requirements gathering, write functional specs, create user stories & acceptance criteria, and coordinate UAT and cross-functional teams using Agile/SAFe practices.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience.
• Proficient in Requirements Gathering & Business Process Analysis.
• Expertise in Functional Specifications, User Stories & Acceptance Criteria.
• Solid knowledge of Agile / SAFe methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with Jira / Rally and backlog management.
• Coordinates UAT, test cases, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools for documentation & test case generation (Agentforce, OmniStudio, or Katalon AI Assist).
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and parallel workstreams.
