About the role

You’ll lead brand identity projects from kickoff through delivery — research, concepts, system design, brand guidelines. You’ll partner closely with strategy and account leads to translate brand thinking into visual systems that hold up across every touchpoint.

What you’ll do

• Own brand identity projects end-to-end for clients across India, UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia
• Design logos, type systems, color systems, illustration languages and brand guidelines
• Present work to clients and incorporate feedback gracefully
• Mentor junior designers — review their work, set the quality bar
• Stay sharp on what’s happening in branding globally

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years designing brand identities in an agency or in-house
• Strong portfolio — show us identity systems, not one-off logos
• Confident with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma
