Job summary

• Experience with Figma, Canva, CorelDRAW, After Effects is a plus.
• Strong typography, color theory, layout design and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines across all business verticals.
• Design marketing collateral including brochures, catalogs, flyers, banners, POS materials, and presentations.
• Create engaging digital creatives for websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams to translate requirements into visual designs.
• Design product packaging, brand communication materials, and promotional campaigns.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Brand Designer with 3+ years of experience in developing compelling brand identities and marketing creatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that strengthen brand positioning across digital and offline channels. Candidates with experience in Furnishings, Interior Products, Blinds, Curtains, Flooring, Home Dcor, Building Materials, Consumer Durables, or related service industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines across all business verticals.
• Design marketing collateral including brochures, catalogs, flyers, banners, POS materials, and presentations.
• Create engaging digital creatives for websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate business requirements into impactful visual designs.
• Design product packaging, brand communication materials, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure consistency of visual branding across both online and offline touchpoints.
• Create artwork for exhibitions, dealer branding, retail branding, and corporate events.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies for production and execution of design assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Brand Design, Graphic Design, or Visual Communication.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Figma, Canva, CorelDRAW, After Effects, or similar design tools is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
