GBTS operates within the Global Energy, Sustainability & Automation (GESA) division, which is part of OPS - GEMS (Global Engineering, Materials & Sustainability). OPS - GEMS is the enterprise responsible for driving engineering excellence, materials innovation, and sustainability initiatives across Amazon's global operations infrastructure.

OPS - GEMS leads the design, deployment, integration, and lifecycle management of building automation platforms, energy infrastructure, and sustainability technologies across Amazon's worldwide operations network. This includes HVAC sequence of operations, environmental controls, energy metering, power distribution, and carbon reduction strategies.

We are committed to operational excellence, uphold the highest standards of safety and quality, and are driven by the understanding that the systems we design, build, and maintain directly enable Amazon to deliver on its commitment to customers and the planet.

Join us and be part of the team that powers, optimizes, and sustains Amazon's global operations infrastructure, ensuring every facility runs smarter, safer, and more sustainably.
