Job summary

WSP India is seeking a Senior BIM Technician to join our Bridges team in Bengaluru. You will produce detailed structural drawings using Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, and MicroStation, and coordinate with the Sweden team to ensure timely delivery.

Reporting to the Principal Engineer or Principal BIM Modeler, you will develop CAD/BIM templates and libraries, maintain quality and document control, and drive efficient BIM workflows within the project.

WSP India is currently seeking a Senior BIM Technician to join our Bridges team located at our Bengaluru office.This role is to work as part of WSP GCC Sweden as part of BIM team and taking a role in the production of detailed structural drawings in Tekla Structures - Concrete, AutoCAD and/ or Microstation if applicable.

• Lead the preparation of Engineering Drawings using WSP CAD/ BIM Standards and Templates.
• Agree priorities & deadlines with Sweden Team, organize work to ensure timely delivery.
• Align work with Quality requirements and maintain Document Control for all work.
• Proactively raising queries, identifying necessary inputs from others & following up.
• Develop templates and libraries for CAD / BIM work.
• Role will be working under the supervision of Principal Engineer or Principal BIM Modeler.
