Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Designer - BIM Dry Utilities to join our Bengaluru/Gurugram team. You will perform complex BIM assignments across platforms (Revit, Plant 3D, Intergraph SmartPlant) and lead BIM technology direction on projects.

The role requires diploma/BE in Electrical & Electronics with 7+ years of experience, strong English communication, and hands-on Civil 3D and dry utilities design experience in consulting. Hybrid working is supported, with opportunities to grow globally.

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE Electrical & Electronics with 7+ years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in Civil 3D software tool.
• Dry Utilities design experience in consulting firms is preferred; good knowledge of Revit is advantageous.

Job Description

• Performs complex BIM or Plant Data Centric assignments involving the use of multiple application platforms, such as Revit, Intergraph SmartPlant, Plant 3D, etc. software, to achieve set results and deadlines.
• Works under general direction.
• Responsible for providing leadership and direction of specific BIM technologies to assigned project teams.
• Develops technical solutions to wide range of difficult problems.
• Independently determines and develops approach to solutions.
• Perform complex assignments involving the use of multiple application platforms and complex systems including Revit software to achieve set results and deadlines.

Qualifications

Diploma / BE Electrical & Electronics with >7 years experience post qualification. Experience in Civil 3D software tool. Work experience in ME Urban Infrastructure Design works (prefer Dry Utilities design experience in consulting firms). Good knowledge of Revit is added advantage. Strong communication skills in English is desirable.
