Persistent Systems Limited in Hyderabad, India seeks an experienced Senior BFSI Domain Consultant to drive consulting engagements, business transformation initiatives, and digital modernization programs for Banking and Financial Services clients.

You will lead domain consulting engagements, translate business requirements into BRDs/FRS, and collaborate with product managers, architects, and delivery teams to deliver measurable outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.

• 12–14 years of experience in BFSI consulting, business analysis, business transformation, or product consulting.
• Strong functional knowledge of Banking and Financial Services.
• Experience leading consulting engagements and business transformation programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead domain consulting engagements across banking and financial services transformation programs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, product owners, and leadership teams.
• Analyze current business processes, operating models, and customer journeys to identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into Functional Specifications, BRDs, User Stories, and Process Flows.
• Facilitate business and technical discussions between stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Support business transformation initiatives including process optimization and digital modernization.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Business Analysts, Engineering Teams, and QA Teams.
• Prepare executive presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure solutions align with industry regulations, compliance frameworks, security requirements, and risk controls.
• Identify and manage business risks, dependencies, and change management considerations.
• Support implementation, user adoption, and business readiness activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and industry best-practice adoption.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead domain consulting engagements across banking and financial services transformation programs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, product owners, and leadership teams.
• Analyze current business processes, operating models, and customer journeys to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, discovery workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and business process assessments.
• Translate business requirements into Functional Specifications, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), User Stories, Process Flows, Acceptance Criteria.
• Facilitate business and technical discussions between stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Support business transformation initiatives including process optimization and digital modernization.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Business Analysts, Engineering Teams, and QA Teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Participate in solution design, product evaluations, estimations, and proposal development activities.
• Prepare executive presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure solutions align with industry regulations, compliance frameworks, security requirements, and risk controls.
• Identify and manage business risks, dependencies, and change management considerations.
• Support implementation, user adoption, and business readiness activities.

Expertise You’ll Bring:

• 12–14 years of experience in BFSI consulting, business analysis, business transformation, or product consulting.
• Strong functional knowledge of Banking and Financial Services.
• Expertise in one or more of the following domains Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Lending, Payments, Cards & Merchant Services, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, Insurance.
• Understanding of end-to-end banking operations and customer lifecycle management.
• Proven experience leading consulting engagements and business transformation programs.
• Expertise in Business Process Analysis, Gap Analysis, Requirement Elicitation, Operating Model Design, Functional Consulting, Business Process Reengineering.
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience conducting workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Strong understanding of Digital Banking, Customer Experience Transformation, Omnichannel Journeys, Process Automation, Data-Driven Decision Making, FinTech Ecosystems.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies impacting BFSI organizations.
• Understanding of digital transformation frameworks and modernization programs.
• Knowledge of banking and financial services regulations Understanding of Risk Management, Governance Frameworks, Data Privacy Requirements, Information Security Controls, Compliance Standards.
• Experience ensuring solutions align with regulatory and compliance expectations.
• Experience working with Agile and Scrum delivery teams.
• Familiarity with User Stories, Product Backlogs, Sprint Planning, Acceptance Criteria, Release Planning.
• Ability to bridge business and technology teams effectively.
• Experience supporting product and platform modernization initiatives.
• Strong experience creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Process Maps, Business Cases, Executive Presentations, Solution Recommendations.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
