Ensure the technical integrity, performance, and scalability of Samarth’s multi-module Education ERP platform. Drive architectural standards, cross-module integrations, and end-to-end technical delivery excellence aligned with institutional and business priorities. This is a hands‑on role (60–70% coding expected). You will lead a team of 3–6 engineers.
PHP 8.2, Yii2, Aws Solution Architect Certification, Nginx, Apache, php‑fpm, Mysql, Postgress, ClickHouse, Temporal, Redis, Linux Centos, Git, Gitlab, Scrum, Agile, Figma, Bootstrap, Jquery, React, Tailwind, CI/CD, cloud native technologies and use of AI in coding.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering 4–6 years of experience in backend development, preferably in SaaS, ERP, or large-scale web applications. At least 1 year of experience owning modules or leading small teams (3–6 engineers). Strong hands‑on experience with PHP (Yii2 preferred), MySQL/PostgreSQL, and REST API development. Solid understanding of MVC architecture and backend system design fundamentals. Experience with caching mechanisms (Redis, query caching, or application-level caching). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and Linux-based environments. Exposure to performance optimization and handling moderate scale systems. Basic understanding of cloud environments (AWS or similar) is a plus. Experience working in multi‑tenant systems or ERP/education domain is an advantage. Comfortable working in a high‑velocity development and deployment environment. This is a hands‑on role (60–70% coding expected), with responsibility for leading a small team and delivering scalable backend modules.
