Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Senior Salesforce core developer experienced in delivering Service Cloud based solutions. You will work on client projects, using Lightning and Apex to build custom features, automate processes, and integrate Salesforce with external systems.

You’ll collaborate in an Agile team, mentor junior developers, and help shape the Salesforce practice across the organization. Certifications such as Platform Developer I/II and Service Cloud Consultant are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Salesforce Developer/Engineer focused on Service Cloud OMS.
• Experience configuring process flows, automation, and data models.
• Extensive experience with LWC and Aura frameworks.
• Proven ability to customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and other tools.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party systems.
• Experience in an Agile team environment.
• Exposure to Salesforce partner ecosystem and community.
• Client-facing experience gathering requirements and delivering solutions.

The opportunity

We are looking for Senior Salesforce core developer experienced in developing and configuring solutions on the Salesforce platform, particularly within Service Cloud. You will work on client projects, using Lightning and Apex to build custom features, automate processes, and integrate Salesforce with other systems.

What you’ll be doing

• Experience as a Salesforce Developer/Engineer, with a focus on Service Cloud OMS.
• Strong experience configuring process flows, automation (Flow, Process Builder), and data models.
• Extensive experience with the Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura frameworks.
• Proven ability to customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and other programmatic tools.
• Experience in developing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and 3rd party systems.
• Experience working effectively within an Agile team environment.
• Good exposure to the Salesforce partner community and ecosystem.
• Ideally, you will also have experience working directly with clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

You will work on client projects, leveraging your full‑stack development expertise to build engaging storefronts, implement business logic, and connect SFCC with various internal and third‑party systems. You may also have opportunities to mentor junior developers.

If you know some of this even better

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
• Experience with other Salesforce Clouds like Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Commerce Cloud.
