Job summary

Dew Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Tech Lead for backend and distributed systems in Hyderabad, India. You will design scalable backend architectures and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-performance services.

The role emphasizes hands-on development with Spark, Airflow, microservices in Go/Python/Java, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, Kubernetes, Helm and Terraform is expected for complex data-driven platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing and implementing scalable backend systems and distributed services.
• Proficiency in Apache Spark and Apache Airflow within a Big Data enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in developing microservices using Go, Python or Java.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams (Staff Tech Lead).
• Ability to design complex distributed systems (Staff Tech Lead).
