Persistent Systems Limited is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to drive automation platform development, AI-powered productivity tools, and enterprise integration across engineering and business functions. You will design scalable backend services and developer tools, mentor peers, and collaborate with DevOps and platform teams.

The role emphasizes agentic AI, LLMs, workflow automation, and implementation of best practices for reliability, security, and maintainability.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• 5-12 years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or platform engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python development and scripting.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience building internal tools, engineering productivity platforms, and workflow automation systems.
• Strong understanding of APIs, REST services, and system integration patterns.
