• Experience with Python for tooling and test utilities.

What You'll Bring

• 7+ years in test automation for distributed systems
• A track record of setting quality standards others follow, and mentoring test engineers
• Strong Robot Framework skills, or deep automation experience in another framework and the appetite to pick it up quickly
• Confidence debugging failures across service boundaries — logs, APIs, message queues, databases
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and parallel test execution
• Working knowledge of REST and SOAP API testing
• Python or Groovy for tooling and test utilities
• Demonstrated use of Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and AI-assisted development lifecycle (AI-DLC) practices, or a directly equivalent methodology
• Experience with SSRS, ETL or data-warehouse validation is beneficial
