Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Aerospace ATE Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in National Instruments (NI) software and hardware platforms. The candidate should have experience in automated test equipment (ATE), aerospace projects, LabVIEW-based software development, hardware integration, high-speed data acquisition, and closed-loop control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand ATE requirements, define software architecture, and select suitable platforms.
• Design, develop, integrate, and test ATE software using NI LabVIEW, TestStand, VeriStand, and LabWindows/CVI.
• Perform integration testing with hardware, Line Replaceable Units (LRUs), and associated test equipment.
• Develop real-time and FPGA applications using NI LabVIEW, NI DAQ, and CompactRIO (cRIO).
• Work with ARINC 429, CAN, RS232, and RS485 communication protocols.
• Develop and validate high-speed data acquisition and closed-loop control systems.
• Implement PID control for hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
