PwC is seeking a Salesforce consulting generalist for the Advisory practice in Mumbai. You will analyse client needs, implement Salesforce/Vlocity solutions, and provide training and support to enable effective utilisation.

You will work across Salesforce applications, lead technical planning, mentor teammates, and deliver in an Agile environment, helping clients optimise operations and achieve strategic objectives.

Competenze

• 4+ years of Salesforce CRM app development.
• 2+ years of OmniStudio (Vlocity) development.
• 2+ years of Lightning Web Components and Apex.
• Platform Developer I/II certifications; OmniStudio Certified Developer preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop, integrate, and deploy solutions on Salesforce including Vlocity, LWC, and Apex.
• Lead technical planning, requirements gathering, estimates, development, testing, and delivery.
• Serve as technical lead and mentor; provide support for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development, integration, and deployment of solutions using the Salesforce.com platform including Vlocity, Lightning Web Components and Apex classes and triggers.
• Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases including estimate, develop, test, manage projects, architect and deliver.
• Serve as a technical lead and mentor. Provide technical support or leadership in the development and continual improvement of service.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.
• Lead and facilitate team collaboration sessions to provide technical expertise.
• Design and code using Perficient methodology.
• Debug and troubleshoot code related issues/defects.
• Represent Perficient professionally in both client and team situations.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Qualifications

• -4+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM app development.
• - 2+ years of experience in OmniStudio Development (former known as Vlocity).
• -2+ years of experience in Lightning Web Components and Apex.
• -Platform Developer I and II Certifications, OmniStudio Certfied Developer preferred.
