Job summary

Key Responsibilities (Senior Associate / Process Lead)

• Audit Management & Oversight: Lead key portions of audit engagements including planning, fieldwork, substantive testing, and reporting. Review workpapers, financial statements, and audit deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and U.S. GAAS. Monitor progress of engagement tasks, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Team Leadership & Review: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to Associates and junior team members. Review their work for quality and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Assist in training team members on technical standards, tools, and methodologies.
