Job Description & Summary: A career within…. Responsibilities: We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP PM Consultant to design, implement, configure, and support SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business maintenance operations and technical system capabilities, driving process efficiencies, system upgrades (such as SAP S/4HANA), and seamless module integrations.

Key Responsibilities

System Configuration & Customization: Configure and maintain SAP PM master data structures, including Functional Locations, Equipment Master, Bill of Materials (BOMs), Task Lists, and Work Centers.
Maintenance Processing: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Notifications, Maintenance Orders (Corrective, Preventive, Breakdown, and Predictive Maintenance), Scheduling, and Permit/Work Clearance Management (WCM).
Cross-Module Integration: Collaborate with functional teams to integrate SAP PM with MM (Materials Management/Inventory), PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management), and FI/CO (Finance/Controlling).
Project Delivery & Rollouts: Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations, S/4HANA transformations, fit-to-standard workshops, data migrations, and system testing.
Support & Continuous Improvement: Troubleshoot day-to-day user incidents, analyze root causes, resolve change requests via ticketing systems, and optimize existing maintenance workflows.
User Training & Documentation: Create functional specification documents (FSDs), process flow blueprints, and user manuals; conduct end-user training sessions.
