Job summary

PwC in Bengaluru seeks an experienced SAP PM consultant to optimize plant maintenance and asset management. You will analyze client needs, configure SAP PM, and support integrations with MM, PP, QM, FI/CO modules within SAP S/4HANA. Strong stakeholders communication is required.

The role focuses on delivering maintenance processes, preventive maintenance, and seamless training and documentation to enable efficient operations for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP PM configuration and support.

• Knowledge of Equipment Management and Functional Location structures.
• Experience with Maintenance Planning and Scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to plant maintenance and asset management.
• Configure and implement SAP PM functionalities including: Technical Objects, Maintenance Notifications, Maintenance Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, Work Clearance Management.
• Manage end-to-end SAP PM implementation, rollout, and support projects.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to design maintenance processes and workflows.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend SAP best practices.
• Support integrations with SAP MM, PP, QM, PS, and FI/CO modules.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
• Conduct system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
• Deliver user training and create functional documentation.
• Provide production support and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.

Responsibilities:

• We are seeking an experienced SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant to support and enhance maintenance processes through SAP PM solutions.
