Job summary

Yubi is seeking a Project Manager to oversee co-lending partnerships in Mumbai, coordinating with lenders, originators, and internal teams to scale GTV on the platform. You will design workflows, lending policies, and product integrations to enable multi-lender collaboration and efficient partnerships.

Ideal candidates have 3–8 years in project management, co-lending, and partnerships, with strong relationship skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Possess 3 - 8 years of relevant experience in project management , co-lending & partnerships , key account management.

Responsibilities

• Managing co-lending partnerships in his/her portfolio with respect to understanding client product , lending policy , partnership workflow to increase GTV on co-lending platform.
• On-boarding New Lenders & Originators on the Co-Lending Platform.
• Liaise and structure partnerships by understanding lender los/lms systems , originator loan journey , product policy & workflows end to end.
• Project Management to handle mutiple projects across different lenders by liaising with internal & client teams
• Partner cross-functionally with our Implementation , Product & Delivery teams to design products/workflows specific to lender & originator journey to close partnerships.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while working across teams.
