Job summary

Penthara Technologies is seeking a talented M365 Developer to join our team in a remote role. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years’ experience building solutions with the Microsoft 365 suite, focusing on Power Platform coding and scripting to drive productivity and automate business processes.

The role offers an evening IST shift (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM) to support US clients in EST, with a remote work arrangement and opportunities for growth within a collaborative, values‑driven team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and scripting (PowerShell).
• Strong experience with React and front-end development.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications using React for SharePoint and MS Teams (SPFx).
• Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps and automate processes with Power Automate.
• Integrate Power Apps with Microsoft 365 and third‑party services.
• Build and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
• Maintain Exchange servers on‑premises and in Azure, with best practices for administration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom applicationsusing React for SharePoint and MS Teams using React (SPFx).

• Create and customize SharePointsites, lists, libraries, and workflows to meet business requirements.
  
• Create, configure, and manageExchange servers on-premises and in Azure.
  
• Implement best practices forExchange server administration, including monitoring, maintenance, andtroubleshooting.
  
• Develop and maintain solutionsusing SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 components.
  
• Write and maintain scripts toautomate tasks and processes.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholdersto gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issuesrelated to Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  
• Provide training and support toend-users on developed solutions.
  
• Stay updated with the latestdevelopments in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and React technologies
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in ComputerScience, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• 1-3 years of experience indeveloping solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
  
• Proficiency in Power Apps,Power Automate, and scripting languages such as PowerShell.
