Job summary

Acuity-Knowledge-Partners is seeking a PMO Analyst to support project managers and management teams in a fast-paced environment. You will help ensure adherence to standards, timelines and budgets, while facilitating cross-functional collaboration across development and business teams.

The role requires extensive PMO experience with SDLC, ServiceNow SPM, JIRA and Confluence, plus strong communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in India’s Pune region.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of PMO experience with a focus on SPM.
• Proven PMO Analyst experience with SDLC lifecycles and project methodologies.
• Experience with end-to-end PMO solutions and ServiceNow SPM.
• Strong Agile experience with Scrum and Kanban projects.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes.
• Experience in financial services and handling project tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Project Managers, Business Management and Development teams.
• Track and streamline project and program plans to meet standards, timelines and budgets.
• Maintain PMO documents and reporting artifacts in shared paths.
• Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communications.
• Assist with cross-team coordination and SDLC lifecycle adherence.

Job description

The PMO Analyst will work in a fast-paced environment and provide Operational support to the Project Managers, Business Management team and Development teams to ensure project adhere to standards, timelines, budget, and reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities

• 5-7 years of experience in PMO with a focus on SPM
• Proven experience as a PMO Analyst with SDLC lifecycle, project methodologies, ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Experience implementing end-to-end PMO solutions.
• Strong Agile experience handling Scrum & Kanban projects
• Familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle (git, Jenkins, etc.), CI/CD processes.
• Experience in the financial services industry, financial instruments, asset classes, and market data are a plus.
• Assist stakeholders with tracking and streamlining the project / program plans.
• Maintain PMO related documents in share path.
• In-depth knowledge of PMO functions.
• Strong track record of excellent results delivered to internal and external clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to work independently without the need for close supervision and collaboratively as part of cross-team efforts.
• Experience working in a PMO organization and knowledgeable on the full SDLC lifecycle and project methodologies.
• Experience working with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), JIRA, Confluence and MS Office Applications (including Excel & PowerPoint). Power BI knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication/presentation skills (written and oral) in cross-cultural business environment
• Strong work ethic with focus on meeting deadlines and objectives
• Must be highly energetic, detail-orientated, and extremely proactive, and be able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment
• Experience working in the Financial Industry a plus
