Your area of work:

As part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of integrations between SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) and infrastructure assets. These integrations are primarily implemented using SailPoint’s Multi-Connector Adapter. It is about managing new or bug fixing connected infrastructure assets through existing connectors and designing and developing connectors for additional technologies.

This role is critical to strengthening access control within the IAM framework. By enabling centralized management of infrastructure components, you will help ensure efficient, secure, and policy-compliant access across the organization.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure SailPoint Identity IQ MCA connector for infrastructure onboarding.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor / Master degree in Information Technology, Management and Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Identity and Access management projects or practical experience during internships.
• Experience with SailPoint Identity IQ.
• Basic knowledge of OpenDJ / LDAP / AD.
• Experience in test management would be an advantage.
• Solid handling of MS Office applications.
• Proactive thinking and self-paced work on solutions is desired.
• Fluent in English. German would be an added advantage.
• Optional: CISSP, CISM or comparable certifications.
• Strong, proven analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Good presentation and documentation skills.
