Qualifications

• Commerce graduate with 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of IGAAP, accounting, financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of Transfer Pricing, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Company Law, and FEMA.
• Strong experience in audit, taxation, statutory compliance, and month-end closure.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, along with Tally or other accounting software.
• Strong client handling, communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Senior Lead Associate Finance Controllership – 6–8 Years – Pune

We are hiring a Senior Lead Associate – Finance Controllership – 6–8 Years for a leading finance and consulting organization. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Finance Controllership, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Financial Reporting, FP&A, Taxation, Audit, Statutory Compliance, Client Management, and Team Collaboration who can independently support multiple clients as a Virtual Finance Controller.

Location – Pune
