Job summary

CSC in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Associate in Investor Services (Transfer Agency) to support TA dealing activities, including capital calls, distributions, transfers and subscriptions, while maintaining investor registers and issuing statements and contract notes. You will ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements, coordinate settlements and prepare reports.

• Maintain and update investor register and static data in system

• Ensure strict compliance with CSC internal procedures and guidelines as well as the regulatory requirements
• Prepare checklists, reports and file documentation
• Collaborate with other teams to understand client needs and provide solutions
• Participate in ad hoc projects assigned by your supervisor

Your responsibilities:

• Assist to process TA dealing activities including capital calls, distributions, transfers, subscriptions, redemptions, switches
• Prepare payment instructions and support settlements

Your profile:

• Degree holder in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years investor services experience
• With Transfer Agency background is required; with Know Your Customer ("KYC")/AML and FATCA/CRS exposure is preferred
• Ability to work independently and multi-tasking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially WORD, EXCEL, PPT
• Excellent in both written and spoken English.
• Independent, multi-tasking, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated
• Able to adapt in new challenges and with excellent communication skills
• Mature and stable, be willing to work under pressure
