• This job family includes a wide variety of Tech Support roles such as Maintenance Engineers, Help Desk Operators, Applications Support Specialists etc.
• Manage and drive network refreshes
• Work with vendor to drive changes and manage logisitcs for hardware, software and business partner
• Oversee project deployments, planning and changes in schedules
• Work closely with release team to ensure the network changes are properly managed
• Perform administrative tasks for the logisitcs team
• monthly reporting and cost management
