BTVK Advisory in Bengaluru is seeking a data-driven analytics and PMO professional to design dashboards, KPI trackers, and leadership-ready reports. The role focuses on monitoring performance, identifying trends, and guiding decision-making across functions.

You will drive cross-functional projects, manage governance, and deliver actionable insights, leveraging automation and AI-enabled reporting to improve efficiency and standardization.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analytics, PMO, Strategy, Process Excellence, Operations, Consulting, or Transformation roles.
• Strong data analytics and visualization skills (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Power Query).
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and project management methodologies.

• Strong data analytics and visualization skills (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Power Query are must-haves).
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of process mapping, process improvement, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to improve productivity, reporting, and analytics.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and consultative thinking. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
