Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a seasoned Workday Core HCM - Senior Associate to partner with clients in delivering tailored Workday HCM solutions. You will guide teams through complex scenarios and develop a deep understanding of the business context to optimize system configurations.

As part of the Application Evolution Services - Workday team, you will build client relationships, provide strategic insights, and drive outcomes while growing your personal brand and technical skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Workday/HCM experience.

As a Workday Core HCM - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver tailored solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on Workday Human Capital, leveraging your skills to address complex business challenges and enhance client satisfaction. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and guide others through complex scenarios. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context, using your skills to navigate ambiguity and deliver quality outcomes. • Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest Workday functionalities and industry trends
• Supporting employee engagement initiatives by leveraging Workday tools to enhance HR metrics and reporting
• Building and nurturing client relationships to foster trust and long‑term collaboration in technology consulting projects

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience

  • At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
