Job summary

Biz Systems seeks an experienced accounting/finance professional to manage monthly close, GST and TDS compliance, and MIS reporting. You will configure Zoho Books for SME clients, perform Tally-to-Zoho migrations, and integrate with Zoho CRM and Projects, while training client finance teams.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in accounting, strong GST/TDS knowledge, expert Excel, and excellent client communication skills; role supports Kolkata office or fully remote work with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Zoho Books expertise is mandatory.
• 4–7 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong GST, TDS and statutory compliance knowledge.
• Independent month-end close and finalization experience.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Clear communication for client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Run the monthly close, GST and TDS compliance, receivables, recurring billing and MIS reporting.
• Configure Zoho Books for SME clients and manage client onboarding.
• Handle Tally-to-Zoho migrations and integrations with Zoho CRM and Projects.
• Provide client training and ongoing client support on Zoho suite.
