Job summary

Ashika Group seeks an Associate/Senior Associate – Debt Investment Banking (Sales & Origination) in Mumbai to drive client origination and end-to-end deal execution in the debt space. This front-end, client-facing role offers high ownership and exposure to North and South India markets, with initial assignment in Mumbai for the first year.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years in financial sales or business development, strong networking and communication skills, and a willingness to travel

Qualifications

Job Title: Associate/ Senior Associate – Debt Investment Banking (Sales & Origination)

Locations: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, (Please note- Initial 1 year of work would be in Mumbai Location only)

About the Role

We are looking for passionate, sales-driven individuals to join our Investment Banking team. This is a front-end, client-facing role focused on client origination and deal execution within the Debt Investment Banking space. As part of our expansion strategy across North and South India, you will play a key role in building our geographical presence and deepening relationships with clients in your region.

This role offers rich, hands-on Investment Banking experience in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Key Responsibilities
