Job summary

TIAA Global Capabilities in Mumbai seeks a Senior Specialist - Data Scientist to develop large-scale analytical products and derive insights from complex data. The role requires extensive ML/DL expertise, end-to-end product delivery, and strong programming in Python/SQL.

You will work with modern ML libraries and cloud platforms to implement, test and deploy models, with a focus on impact, governance and scalable architecture.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred.
• Total 8-10 years experience, 4+ years in Data Science.

Responsibilities

• Develop large-scale analytical/data science products using structured and unstructured data.
• Implement end-to-end data science solutions with metaheuristic and forecasting algorithms.
• Apply ML and DL techniques across projects: classification, regression, recommender systems, etc.

Senior Specialist - Data Scientist - IN

The role is responsible for developing large scale & high impact analytical / data science products to understand & derive insights from structured & unstructured data using scientific methods, processes, algorithms and systems.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

• They build metaheuristic algorithms to derive optimal data insights, multi level forecasting algorithms to predict user trends and are responsible for implementation of end to end data science products.
• They should have extensive knowledge & experience of Data & Machine Learning Algorithms (such as Decision Trees, SVM, GBMs, Topic Modelling, Regression), Deep Learning algorithms (such as CNN, RNN & LSTMs) and statistical libraries (such as TensorFlow, Keras, Pytorch, etc.).
• They should have hands on experience on techniques such as user profiling, optimization, pattern mining / detection, classification / regression modelling, recommender systems & deep learning models etc.
