Job summary

TIAA Global Capabilities seeks an experienced AI Lead Engineer to build and maintain scalable AI systems and deployment infrastructure. You will lead a team of engineers, work with product and business stakeholders, and drive impactful AI solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities include deploying AI systems in the cloud, implementing guardrails for LLM apps, mentoring engineers, and ensuring data privacy and security compliance in all implementations.

Professionals in this group are involved in middleware integration and on related support & troubleshooting to build applications or integrate in-house applications, databases and systems with any third party applications.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and maintain application interfaces on tools such as Tibco Middleware, IBM WebSphere, etc.
• They should have the ability to develop integration flows and technically own and manage various elements of the solution.
