Job summary

Jobtailor in Lucknow, India seeks a customer service and operations professional in the freight forwarding sector. You will maintain and develop assigned service accounts, file client details, and ensure optimal use of systems to deliver superior service.

You will participate in daily reviews with Sales, Operations and KAM and keep clients regularly engaged. Ideal candidates have 2–7 years in customer service/operations in freight forwarding, a graduate degree, and strong knowledge of pricing,

Qualifications

• Strong product and service knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, develop and retain all customers assigned as service accounts.
• Systematically file client details.
• Ensure optimum utilization of provided systems.
• Drive commendable service levels for DSV.
• Conduct daily review meetings with Sales, Operations and KAM.
• Maintain regular contact with clients through telecoms.

• Responsible for Maintaining, Developing and retaining all the customers assigned as customer service accounts.
• Ensure systematic filing of the details of such clients.
• Ensure optimum utilization of Systems provided.
• Ensure all activities directed towards commendable service from DSV.
• Conducting review meeting with Sales, operations and KAM on daily basis.
• Regular telecoms to be "in touch" with the client.

Requirements

• Minimum working experience of 2 – 4 years /6 – 7 Years in Customer Service and operations in the field of Freight Forwarding.
• Minimum Graduate in any Discipline from reputed University.
• Must have strong knowledge on our product and services.
• Familiar with buy rates, pricing policies, routing, carrier services and frequencies.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in handling small to large size customers.
