Job summary

Angel One in Gurugram is looking for a Senior Associate – Partner Campaign to lead and optimize cross-channel marketing campaigns. You will craft engaging messages and work with product, design, content, and analytics teams to personalize communications and drive outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in digital marketing or CRM, with hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms and strong communication skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.

• 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or campaign execution roles.
• Experience building and optimizing multi-channel journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication to craft user-facing messages.

Role: Senior Associate – Partner Campaign

Location: Gurugram

What you will do:

• Ability to execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notifications.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (MoEngage, WebEngage, Clevertap or similar) to build basic journeys, workflows, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, user-facing messages.
• Work closely with product, design, content, and analytics teams to create audience segments and personalize communication.
• Good project management skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with data and using analytics tools to track and improve campaign performance.

Who you are:
