Job summary

Angel One is seeking an Associate - Project Initiatives in Gurugram to act as the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints related to RNE and ONR. You will coordinate with Offers and CX teams to resolve issues, engage with clients via outbound calls, and gather feedback to drive process improvements.

The role requires a Graduate with at least 1 year of experience in complaint management and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate with at least 1 year of experience in Complaint Management.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced Excel functions.
• Basic understanding of Data bricks.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and complaints for RNE and ONR, coordinating with Offers and CX teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Engage with select clients via outbound calls to understand concerns and resolve issues.
• Conduct customer surveys and follow-up calls to gather feedback and identify improvement areas.
• Test offer journeys from a business perspective, identify gaps, and raise bugs with the Product team with clear reproduction steps.
• Maintain a tracker of recurring queries and issues to derive insights for Product and CX teams.

Role: Associate - Project Initiatives

Location: Gurugram

What you will do:

• Customer Query and Complaint Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints related to RNE and ONR, coordinating with the Offers team and CX team to ensure timely resolution.
• Client Engagement: Connect directly with select clients through outbound calls, wherever required, to understand their concerns and resolve issues and complaints efficiently.
• Customer Surveys and Feedback: Conduct customer surveys and follow-up calls to gather feedback, understand customer pain points, and identify areas for improvement.
• Business QA: Test offer journeys from a business perspective, identify gaps and issues, and raise bugs with the Product team along with clear context and steps to reproduce the issues.
• Issue Tracking and Analysis: Maintain a tracker of recurring customer queries, complaints, and issues to identify patterns and share insights with the Product and CX teams.

Who you are:

• Graduate with at least 1 year of experience in Complaint Management.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced Excel functions. Basic understanding of Data bricks.
