Job summary

Razorpay is seeking a highly organized Senior Analyst for the KAM Operations team within Razorpay Engage's Loyalty division in Bengaluru. The role centers on client and merchant operations, coordinating with Account Managers, Partnerships, Finance, and Client Support to ensure accurate workflows and timely delivery.

The candidate will handle end-to-end offers, invoicing, reporting, testing, payouts, inventory, onboarding, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring compliance and efficiency

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations or process-heavy coordination.
• Experience handling high-volume, ticket-based workflows via Slack and email with strict TATs.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with AI tools for automation is a plus.
• Excellent writing and speaking skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Offer & Reward Uploads – Manage end-to-end upload of offers, gift cards, and rewards for internal and client requests.
• Invoicing Requests – From Proforma Invoice to final Tax Invoice and payment tracking.
• Reporting incl. Ad Hoc Reports – Support report setup at program launch and fulfill ad hoc client reporting requests.
• Offer Testing – Own ongoing testing cadence for live offers and coordinate merchant outreach for issues.
• Merchant Payouts & Reconciliation – Collect and reconcile merchant MIS/invoices and drive client invoicing.
• Inventory Management – Monitor and plan reward code inventory to prevent stock-outs across live programs.
• Vendor / Client Onboarding – Collect KYC documentation and coordinate onboarding on the Razorpay SAP system.
• Cross-functional Coordination – Act as the primary Ops point of contact for Account Managers, Finance, and Partnerships teams.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join the KAMOperations (Ops) team within Razorpay Engage's Loyalty business. This role sits at the centerof our client and merchant operations, working closely with Account Managers, Partnerships,Finance, and Client Support to ensure every operational workflow runs accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer & Reward Uploads – Manage end-to-end upload of offers, gift cards, and rewards for internal and client requests.
• Invoicing Requests – Own the invoicing lifecycle from Proforma Invoice request through tofinal Tax Invoice and payment tracking.
• Reporting incl. Ad Hoc Reports – Support report setup at program launch and fulfil ad hocclient reporting requests.
• Offer Testing – Own the ongoing testing cadence for live offers and coordinate merchantoutreach for issues found.
• Merchant Payouts & Reconciliation – Collect and reconcile merchant MIS/invoices anddrive the corresponding client invoicing process.

Mandatory Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in operations, client operations, or process-heavy coordination roles.
• Comfortable managing high-volume, ticket-based workflows across Slack and email with strictTATs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets,Docs).
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude) for automating workflows, report generation, and process documentation is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence coordinating across internaland external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to validate documentation completeness beforeprocessing.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and prioritize effectively based on urgency andcriticality.
• Basic understanding of invoicing/finance workflows (POs, Proforma Invoices, Tax Invoices) isa plus.
• Experience with reconciliation or vendor/merchant onboarding processes is a plus.
• Highly organized, able to work independently while coordinating across multiple internalteams.
