As a Senior Associate in Accelerated Solutions (M&A IT), you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will focus on helping clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals. Within our Deals practice, you will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post‑merger integration, providing strategic advice and support to clients.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others.
