Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

• Performing financial modeling and financial statement analysis to support deal structures and acquisition strategies.
• Engaging in customer due diligence and financial due diligence to assess risks and opportunities in potential deals.
• Collaborating with teams to design and implement post-merger integration strategies.
• Utilizing analytical thinking to monitor and analyze financial trends and industry developments.

• Leveraging Capital IQ and other tools to gather and analyze data for corporate development initiatives.
