Job Description

We are looking for adynamic and motivated professional to join our growing Portfolio ManagementGroup. The primary responsibility of the role is to work closely with clientsto manage and monitor private credit transactions across structured financedomains, spanning diverse asset classes such as corporate credit investments,ABS, RMBS, CRE etc. This role requires a strong understanding of private creditinvestments like commercial lending, structured finance, and financialanalysis, coupled with the ability to lead teams and deliver client-centricsolutions using our proprietary platform.

1. ClientEngagement:

• Collaborate with clients across geographies to monitor the performanceof private credit transactions, including corporate credit investments andasset-backed securities (ABS).
• Work on structured finance portfolios backed by Auto Loans, Credit CardLoans, RMBS Loans, etc
• Engage with clients to understand complex requirements and ensure timelydelivery of solutions.

2. PortfolioOnboarding and Monitoring:

• Oversee the onboarding of clients' investment portfolios, ensuringseamless integration on Oxane's proprietary platform.
• Conduct detailed analysis of financial data like covenants, borrowing basereports, investor reports and other key metrics.
• Review financial documents, including credit agreements, amendments, andservicing reports.

3. Processand Project Management:

• Establish robust processes and quality-check systems for delivering accurateportfolio analysis, monitoring and validations solutions
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables with clients and internal IT teamsfor successful transaction setup and ongoing monitoring.
• Track and report on monthly data management processes.

4. TeamLeadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, setting clear goals,delegating tasks, and monitoring team performance.
• Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures while drivingoperational efficiency.

5. TechnicalExpertise:

• Demonstrate a sound understanding of structured finance, corporatecredit, and portfolio financing processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and bestpractices to ensure innovative client solutions.
