Job summary

Oxane Partners is seeking a finance technology professional to lead advisory and execution support across diverse investment transactions. You will own end-to-end delivery, supervise implementation teams, and serve as the liaison between clients and development teams to ensure value-driven outcomes and strong stakeholder satisfaction.

The role requires excellent communication, analytical skills, and a proactive mindset to navigate fast-paced environments and complex datasets.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM or equivalent with finance/IT specialization; B.E./B.Tech preferred.
• Experience designing technology-driven financial solutions to enhance processes.
• Advanced Excel, VBA/Macros, and SQL proficiency.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter, able to work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of Loan Servicing and Alternative Investments (ABL/CRE/Middle-Market).
• Exposure to EMEA and US markets preferred.

Job Description

• Led advisory and execution support across a broad range of investment transactions, including performing and non-performing loan portfolios, real estate investments, middle-market transactions, and specialty financing engagements.
  
• Owned end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring timely execution, high-quality outcomes, and adherence to project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  
• Directed and supervised implementation teams throughout product implementation and post-implementation phases, driving seamless integration, issue resolution, and client satisfaction.
  
• Performed ad hoc analytics, portfolio monitoring, surveillance, and reporting to address client-specific requirements and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  
• Served as the primary liaison between clients and development teams, acting as a Business Analyst for platform enhancements, client change requests, and issue management to ensure effective communication and delivery.
  
• Functioned as an extension of client asset management teams by supporting financial due diligence, asset management reporting, post-deal performance analysis, and strategic business planning initiatives.
  
• Proactively identified, managed, and resolved stakeholder conflicts and project risks through mediation, negotiation, and consensus-building, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and successful project outcomes.
  
• Delivered value-added recommendations and strategic insights to enhance operational efficiency, portfolio performance, and overall client outcomes.
  

Requirements

• MBA, PGDM, or equivalent postgraduate degree with specialization in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; B.E./B.Tech preferred.
  
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing technology-driven solutions, with a strong ability to leverage technology to enhance financial processes and operational efficiency.
  
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, VBA/Macros, and SQL (intermediate to advanced level required).
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and a logical, analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret and analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial and technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  
• Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and thrive in fast-paced environments while demonstrating resilience and adaptability under pressure.
  
• Strong interest in and understanding of technology, supported by relevant professional experience. Prior exposure to development or IT roles will be considered a significant advantage.
  
• Knowledge of Loan Servicing and Alternative Investments across various asset classes, including:
  • Asset-Based Lending (ABL)
    
  • Commercial Real Estate (CRE)
    
  • Middle-Market Financing
    
• Exposure to EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) and US financial markets and investment products will be preferred.
