Job summary

Oxane Partners Limited is seeking a finance professional to onboard and manage client investment portfolios on our proprietary platform. You will collaborate with clients to support transactions across Structured Finance, ABS, CRE portfolios, and coordinate with internal teams to meet timelines and deliverables.

You will analyze data tapes, trust reports, and documents to support portfolio management and cash flow monitoring, while handling monthly data processing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Finance/related field and strong financial acumen.
• Experience with investment banks or asset managers preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, modeling and reporting.
• Ability to interpret loan/ABS transaction documents and covenants.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Review platform reports for accuracy and outputs delivered to clients.
• Present portfolio analytics and insights to clients and address queries.

Job Description

• Onboarded and managed client investment portfolios on Oxane’s proprietary platform, ensuring accurate setup and data integrity.
  
• Collaborated closely with clients to support investment transactions across Structured Finance, Whole Loans, Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) portfolios.
  
• Coordinated with clients and internal stakeholders to manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution of business requirements.
  
• Analyzed and interpreted data tapes, legal agreements, trustee reports, and other transaction documents to support portfolio management and cash flow monitoring.
  
• Managed monthly data processing, validation, and reporting activities for client portfolios.
  
• Calculated and monitored financial covenants, performance metrics, and key portfolio indicators to ensure compliance and performance tracking.
  
• Reviewed platform-generated reports, validated underlying logic and calculations, and ensured accuracy of outputs delivered to clients.
  
• Presented portfolio analytics, performance insights, and reporting outcomes to clients, addressing queries and aligning deliverables with client expectations.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Structured Finance products, including Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), Corporate Credit, and related investment products.
  
• Sound knowledge of financial analysis, financial statements, and key credit and investment concepts.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
  
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
  
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with experience interacting directly with clients and stakeholders.
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines and pressure situations.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Educational background in Finance, including Graduation, MBA, or other advanced finance-related qualifications.
  
• Experience working with Investment Banks, Investment Management Firms, Financial Advisory Firms, or other financial services organizations.
  
• Ability to understand complex financial structures, interpret transaction documents, and communicate analytical insights effectively.
