Job summary

HDFC Life Mumbai is seeking a detail-oriented professional for the Annuity, Loan & segmental service desk. The role involves processing financial and policy servicing transactions within defined TAT, ensuring quality, and coordinating with IT on technical issues.

You will manage email queries, maintain MIS, perform suspense analysis, and liaise with internal stakeholders. Graduation and 1+ years’ experience with strong Excel skills are essential.

About the Department

Annuity, Loan & segmental service Dept. Looks upon the company-initiated payouts like annuity and pension maturity. Also, maintains Loans against policy along with processing of new cases. Our dept harmoniously cross functions to deliver on time and accurate payout every time. We also maintain regulatory reports as required by regulatory bodies on intervals.

• Past experience in policy servicing team will be added advantage

What does the job entail?

• Processing of financial & Policy servicing transaction within defined TAT
• 100% adherence to quality in processing financial & Policy servicing transaction.
• Preparation of MIS, suspense analysis & Coordination with IT for technical issue cases.
• Manage the email queries which received on the generic mail ID.
• Internal stakeholder management with resolving their queries.
