Maersk is hiring a Jl1 Process Expert in Chennai to help optimize data entry, ensure fast, accurate processing, and support end-to-end process flows.

The role emphasizes individual contribution, KPI achievement, data quality for customer and vendor masters, and collaboration with project teams to align on process improvements.

Qualifications

• Excellent in system processing, speed and quality of data entry.
• Able to work as an individual contributor and meet KPI targets.
• Capable of identifying and troubleshooting process issues.
• Familiar with process maps and creating SOP/IOP documentation.
• Ability to manage and process data for customer, vendor masters and material codes.

• Testing E2E files, Process Flows, Data flows, and reporting capabilities, and Control effectiveness
• Troubleshoot, investigate & escalate testing & process challenges to the correct desks
• Align & Seek guidelines for KPI’s and process flow directions from the Project team and GPL’s.
