A Senior Architect – Data Centre is responsible for leading architectural design and execution across all project phases, from concept to construction. The role involves expertise in space planning, master planning, and detailed design development, including schematic, statutory and working drawings, as well as 2D/3D presentations, BOQs and specifications.
The position requires strong knowledge of building codes (NBC, byelaws, international standards), sustainability practices, LEED requirements and data centre‑specific standards such as Uptime Institute tiers. The architect drives façade, interiors, plumbing and sanitation design while ensuring technical compliance and coordination with global engineering partners.
Managing BIM/Revit modeling teams (LOD 100–400), reviewing vendor drawings, preparing tenders and cost estimates, and ensuring high‑quality, timely project delivery. The role also involves site coordination, resolving construction queries, maintaining quality standards, and effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders while mentoring team members and ensuring adherence to processes.
