Senior Architect - Computational Design

Job summary

WSP India invites engineers to join a multidisciplinary team delivering façade engineering design and related services. You will contribute to engineering and documentation, resolve technical problems, and ensure high quality across projects, working with Team Leaders on technical directions.

The role emphasizes structural calculations, thermal design, and coordination with designers and consultants, with opportunities to work on fast-paced projects using standard templates and software tools.

Qualifications

• BGV: Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
• Candidates must ensure that all information provided during the recruitment process — including documents uploaded — is accurate and complete, to WSP India and its BGV partner.

• Responsible to produce routine letters /or reports and other documents from standard templates.
• Coordination with designers and consultants
• Perform thermal design using governing codes and standards is an added advantage.
• Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare façade engineering design documents.
• Research design options and document findings.
• Demonstrate capability and experience in managing and performing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on Thermal Calculations and Condensation risk analysis.
