Job summary

WSP India is seeking a senior Architect to lead technical design delivery across all project stages in Bengaluru. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure design quality and compliance with UK standards where applicable, and oversee BIM-enabled production of drawings, models, and presentations.

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect (Chartered preferred).
• 12+ years experience in the architectural/construction industry.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, MicroStation).

• Lead and manage architectural projects and project teams, including resource planning and task allocation.
• Provide line management, coaching, and technical guidance to junior team members.
• Drive a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Technical Leadership & Design Delivery

Lead the Technical delivery of architectural design solutions across all project stages.

Establish and manage the technical design delivery strategy, programme, and outputs in collaboration with project leadership.

Ensure coordination across multidisciplinary teams to deliver coherent and compliant design information.

Take responsibility for design quality, technical accuracy, and level of detail across all deliverables.

Identify potential design risks/issues and lead the team in developing robust solutions and mitigation strategies.

Oversee production of technical drawings, models, reports, and presentation materials.
