Job summary

Anarchment Studio is seeking a Senior Architect to lead architectural and interior design for residential, commercial, and office spaces in Maharashtra. The role involves developing concepts, creating detailed drawings, and presenting designs to clients.

You will oversee site visits, coordinate with consultants and vendors, and mentor junior designers while ensuring design excellence and execution feasibility from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in architecture and/or interior design.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, space planning, detailing, and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of architectural and interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and office projects.
• Prepare and review detailed 2D and 3D drawings, working drawings, and design documentation.
• Develop design presentations and communicate design concepts to clients.
• Conduct site visits, review measurements, and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Guide material, finish, furniture, and fixture selections in line with the design concept.
• Review drawings for accuracy, functionality, design quality, and execution feasibility.
• Resolve design and site-related issues during execution.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and designers.
• Take responsibility for projects from concept development through design and execution.
