No-thing. They gifted us 2100 rs for diwali, without any sweets or any gifts. What other main festival do we have in India other then Diwali ?

this company operatives in a very traditional & owner driven manner. Not that its wrong, but if employees don't feel valuable, how would they give their 100% at work ? Anyways, most decisions are taken personally by the promoters, often without clarity or consistency. There are no defined HR systems or growth structures, and employees are expected to single handedly work for all sub-departments for a company size which has 200 employees. Salaries and compliance are handled casually, and policies tend to change based on convenience. Overall, they lack professional culture, and modern management practices, making it difficult for employees to build a stable or long term career. They are no GenZ friendly either. Leaders fail to acknowledge the huge expertise their employees possess & completely deny things without any base reason.
