Job summary

Scalio is seeking an experienced software engineer in Bengaluru to build and ship production-grade applications powered by large language models. You will own the entire tech stack from UI to backend, design APIs and databases, and mentor junior engineers to grow the team.

The role emphasizes end-to-end responsibility, multimodal system design, and hands-on work on AI evaluation frameworks to measure product performance.

Qualifications

- Build and ship production-grade applications powered by large language models, owning the entire technology stack from user interface through backend systems
- Design and implement APIs, database schemas, and third-party integrations that serve LLM applications at scale
- Translate product vision into working systems by combining deep technical skills with understanding of real user needs
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth as you develop features
