Job summary

Rixroent Private Limited is building production-grade LLM systems and seeks an engineer to design and ship end-to-end AI pipelines, from prototyping to production with evals and guardrails.

You will implement retrieval, tool-using agents, orchestration, and memory, ensure observability and latency, and expose APIs across the stack, collaborating directly with founders.

Qualifications

• Strong Python and solid software‑engineering fundamentals.
• Hands‑on experience with LLM apps shipped to real users.
• Comfort with cloud, containers and CI — you can deploy what you build.
• A bias to ship and the judgement to know when something is good enough.

Design and ship production LLM systems — agents, evals and multimodal pipelines — that are reliable, not just demoable.

You will work directly with the founders on the AI core that powers both client engagements and our own products. This is hands‑on, end‑to‑end engineering: from prototyping a pipeline to running it in production with the evals and guardrails to keep it honest.

What we're looking for
