SwissBake® is seeking a Senior Application Chef based out of Mumbai to join our Technical Applications team. If you're passionate about bakery innovation, product applications, customer demonstrations, and recipe development, this is an opportunity to work with one of India's leading bakery ingredients brands.

Location: Surat (Surat based candidates only). The role involves developing and demonstrating bakery solutions, collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Export teams, and delivering

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Bakery & Confectionery or Culinary Arts.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in bakery applications, product development, or technical demonstrations.
• Strong expertise in breads, cakes, pastries, and confectionery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations for customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Develop and standardize innovative bakery and confectionery recipes using SwissBake products.
• Prepare technical documentation, recipe sheets, and application guides for export customers.
• Support product styling for photoshoots, marketing campaigns, and promotions.
• Conduct technical training sessions for customers, distributors, sales teams, and internal employees.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Export teams to provide technical support.

Who We're Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Bakery & Confectionery or Culinary Arts.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in bakery applications, product development, or technical demonstrations.
• Strong expertise in breads, cakes, pastries, and confectionery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Open to domestic and international travel as required
