Job summary

WhiteCrow Research seeks a Senior App Developer - SQL to monitor and optimize production systems, develop automation scripts, and support deployments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and respond to incidents in real time.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of development experience, strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in computer science or related discipline or the equivalent in education and work experience.
• 7 to 10 years of development experience.
• Experience working in Agile Development Methodology.
• Self-Motivated Learner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge and development experience on any WMS is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring production environments and responding to operational alerts.
• Executing operational runbooks and incident response procedures.
• Supporting deployments and environment management.
• Developing automation scripts and engineering tools.
• Assisting with root cause investigations.
• Supporting database health and maintenance.
• Participating in on-call rotations.
• Collaborating with development teams to improve reliability.
